Power 90 - Has anyone done this or doing this??

Today I start Power 90, I was just curious how its worked out for others, regardless ill be doing my power 90 =), just curious of how others liked it. If anyone has them before and afters would be awesome, I see so much when it comes to other ones and Id love to see how this one worked.

Also for this work out which would be better morning or afternoon? I tend to feel sleepy after I work out...

    I've done Power 90 in the past. I'm getting ready to re-start the program. I know it works, but motivation and I are not getting along recently :(

    I'm thinking of doing this also. I'm already doing Karate 2 nights a week and I get quite a workout on those nights so wondering how I can fit Power 90 around this though.

    In regards to OP - I prefer afternoon for doing exercise as I think your energy levels are higher to allow you to exercise better.

    :love: I've been doing Power 90 but some of the workouts require you to do exercises that are extreme knee engaging so I have to do some exercised in a different way.. but it does work....

    I'm doing P90X and I just started reading The New Rules of Lifting for Women - read last night that eating right after your strength training workout is a good idea. Maybe that will keep you from feeling sleepy.
