I just bought some today, but I'm not sure what I should do with it! I've never eaten peanut butter or anything like that (I hate all nuts but love sunflower and pumpkin seeds!) so does anyone have any idea's what I can do with it?

I had some a few years ago - loved it, but very expensive. Just saw some at the grocery tonight for like $6 a jar! I think I spread it on crackers, or on a sandwich with honey & bananas. Been thinking about making it myself in the food processor.

I haven't had sunflower seed butter buit I recently tried Almond butter. Never ate peanut butter (unless it was mixed with chocolate:) as a youngster but I now mix mine with plain greek yogurt and a hint of stevia for a treat. I add a little into a protein shake. I have also put it on pancakes of waffles for a great to go breakfast.
Good luck. Hope you enjoy it!!

You can spread some on a green apple and eat before a work out. It tastes delicious and it will give you energy for your work out (at least for me it did).
