chicken sausage stir fry...amazing!

My coworker turned me on to this recipe and my husband and I are both blown away by it!! Use your favorite veggies...

1-2 Nature Valley Chicken sausage (I slice it thin so I feel like I get more;) 140 cal/link
broccoli
baby bellas
red pepper
orange pepper
onion
shallots
green beans
Spices: garlic salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, red pepper flakes
Feta or goat cheese

Saute sausage in Pam, put in separate dish. Saute all veggies in pam with ~1tsp olive oil and add spices to taste. Quick and easy and so good. My MIL also adds red wine. I like to top it with a little feta or goat cheese. I figure this recipe is about 300 cals.

One of these days I plan to chop a TON of veggies and freeze them in separate gallon storage bags for a quick meal that is just as good:)
