    Thank you all!! I tried to go back and add stats for those that are asking questions, but i can't edit the post.

    I'm 5'10"... the day the first pic was taken i weighed 299.8, in the second i weigh 237.

    This is my first attempt at weight loss at the ripe old age of 39. My profile has more info on what started my journey.

    I am just following MFP guidelines, set to lose 2lbs a week. I walk on my treadmill 3-5 times a week and do a bit of strength training with 5lbs dumbbells (nothing to intense).

    I have cheeseburger saturdays (couldn't give up those!!) And do not eat my exercise calories. I am doing what is working for me and am in no way an expert. I seem to be losing in the reverse of how i put on the weight. I have lost 3" from my bust, 10.5" from my waist, 7" from my hips, and 5" from each thigh. I have gone from a 3X (22) to an XL (16).

    I have hit my half way point and when I started I figured at 1/2 way I would post comparison pics. So here they are!

    5 1/2 months, down 63lbs... still got a ways to go!
