I bought a heart rate monitor, and now I don't have to mess around with any of the stuff in the MFP exercise database.

    HRMs for the win.

    Google:
A push-up, or in British English a press-up, is a common calisthenics exercise performed in a prone position by raising and lowering the body using the arms.

It is going to depend on you and how in shape you are. Average estimators, treadmills, etc are CRAP, really. Get yourself a HRM to track how many cals you are burning.

Otherwise, unless you are busting out hundreds of them, it's not going to amount to a whole lot burned, I would guess if I did 3 sets of ten I would burn MAYBE, 20 cals? (to burn a significant amount of cals you have to keep your heart rate up for a certain amount of time.)
