Leftover calories at the end of the night. what to do?

Hey everyone. I am currently on a 1200 calories a day plan. I work out three time a week after the my kids go to bed and on the nights I work out (like tonight) I have about 530 calories still left over.

I certainly don't want to stuff my face just for calories sake at 10:30 at night. Any suggestions? Maybe a shake that is low in sugar/high in protein?
