Can you give me your views on the following?
Read a lot of posts and just want to clarify...

Am i better off calculating my BMR, not going below that number but eating back my exercise calories.... or....
calculating my TDEE with the number of work outs i do a week and then not eating back my exercise cals??

Or are they the same thing? Currently on day one but was doing the first.... unless i read otherwise. thought first is more accurate as have a HRM.... please advise.

TDEE - 20% is the best way to go.

Today I burned over 1000 cal , should I eat them all back? hec no!
I do use MFP method.. eating back my exercise calorie since it motivates me to work hard for my work out
but I won't eat more than TDEE cal - 500 cal.

Ok so do you mean you calculate your TDEE with exercise calculated in. Then say your bmr is 1500 but your TDEE is 2000, you would eat up to your TDEE?
What about if my TDEE is based on no exercise and my exercise cals are over and above my calculated TDEE?
My bmr is 1330. TDEE is 1630.
