Not eating enough ??

I haven't been realizing until today that I wasn't eating enough calories. I never thought about adding calories back in when doing exercise. After dinner tonight I still have 510 calories. Any suggestions?

    Alot of people eat low fat and low sugar items and dont really need to. If that is you try using full fat items (or low fat instead of non fat).

    I have the same problem. If I have calories to fill in I usually have a handful of cashews or some peanut butter.

    I'm already eating full fat...lol. Only thing I have sugar free would be an occasional diet coke but most of the time I have water. I did change the way I cooked and what I cooked. My husband can't have greasy foods anymore due to ulcers so basically I've been cooking with no added oils and have been laying off of the breads and starches. However, tonight I did have toast with my steak that was cooked on the George Foreman.
