How many cals do you burn doing 30 day shred

I just got it and am wanting to start right now

    On level 1 I burn about 220 calories for the whole 27min workout with warm up and cool down.. Im 5'7 170lbs.. Good Luck its a real kick in your bottom I've never gottin passed level 1 lol but Im planning to try it again starting May 1st

    I log it as circuit training; that seems to be the closest.

    going all out and not stopping or pausing i burned about 100 calories every 10 minutes- so about 200-230 for the whole workout from warm up to cool down- i wore a hrm. i am 5'7" and was about 215 when i started it.

    Thanks eveybody. You are right about it kicking your booty. I can only do 3 pushups and 7-8 jumping jacks. Feels like my belly is working against me. I go up and down and it hits bottom and wants to stay there while I'm trying to jump up again. lol:noway: 30 day shred = pooped and sweaty:tongue:
