36 year old stay at home mom looking for friends

Title says it all. I'm looking for some encouraging people like me. I've recently discovered how good it feels to do something for myself. Juggling hectic schedules with "me" time is a challenge. My goal isn't necessarily to lose a certain number of lbs. I just want to have more energy and feel better about myself. Fitting into pre-kid jeans would just be a bonus. Anyone want to be my friend? I feel like such a dork saying that ;)
