Fell off the wagon

Hey everyone,
So with school and papers and rugby and all that I've completely fallen off the wagon with my eating and exercise. Despite knowing that what I'm doing isn't helping at all, I just can't bring myself to care. Any advice, encouragement, etc? It'd be super appreciated.

That has happen to the best of us. Even myself. Take one day at a time. PUSH- means Pray Until Something happens.

Fake it until you make it. I can't tell you how many days i've had to convince myself that i want this. Clearly it's working.0
