    Thank you .... Three weeks . . Lost 11lbs. . Went from a size 18 to a size 14 :) Feeling good.

    Thank you ladies, I have been replacing my morning meals with ( Syntha meal replacement) Every morning.
    I have been eating these bars called (FullBars) from the diet section , You can find them in and local food stores.
    They work !! You eat a bar 30min beforeyou eat your meal with a bottle of water. You will notice after the whole box that your intake will get smaller.
