Welcome to NFP. I too know what it feels like to work out very hard and not loose a pound. Have been dealing with that for two months now. Then I was introduced to this website and found out that what I thought were healthy food choices may not have been so healthy at all. Am ready to make things happen!

Sending you "BIG HUGS" & inspiration! Don't give up! Stick with it.
  • thanks so much everyone. my healthy eating starts today... well motivation starts today

This site is a great tool for losing weight and KEEPING IT OFF! Just take a gander at all of the success stories. They will truly inspire you. The greatest pearl of wisdom that the success stories have given me is that the true key to keeping the weight off is thinking of everything you do here as a lifestyle change instead of a diet. If the change isn't something that you can sustain in the long-term then it is not worthwhile. Better to lose slow and steady and keep it off. That is the lesson that I am learning with every passing week.
  • thank you all so much , im going disneyland paris for my 30th birthday in 8 weeks and want to be able to walk round in comfort. i also did 5k race for life this summer and loved it, altho it was hard
