Should I be counting it in?

I haven't yet because I didn't think it does matter but my fiance begs to differ... At work I'm constantly moving, lifting, bending, and 'sweating'. Would you count this towards your daily exercise?

I would not count it as exercise... but if you are honestly moving, lifting and bending all day, I would make sure your activity level reflects that. What do you have it set at currently?0

Like the other post mentions - that is part of your normal day. So you would need to reflect that in the activity level on your MFP account.0
