dont understand new to this help !!!!

hi i am Sue,have just started this can you please help ? I dont understand the net part of the tracker for calories, i have 1200 per day and have done some exercise that has given me more, do I have to use this up each day as well as my 1200 ? hope you can help

  • Welcome to MFP! You want to make sure you eat your 1200 calories each day to ensure that you are getting the proper nutrition. As far as the calories that you gain after a workout, you can eat up to that if you choose to but do not need to. Good luck!! :smile:
