Salsa Beer Chicken!

My neighbor recently shared this recipe with me – it is cheap, easy and super yummy! I hope you enjoy!

Ingredients:

1 Jar of Salsa (I used a spicy black bean and corn salsa)
12 oz (1 bottle) of Beer (I used Bud Light Lime)
4 Chicken Breasts

To prepare…. Add all ingredients into a pot, cover, and put on medium/high on the stove. Cook until chicken is tender and can be pulled apart. Ta da.... you are finished! Total time to prepare is about 30 minutes... you could probably make this in a crock pot too...

I served this on a onion bun with sharp cheddar cheese for dinner last night, today I am reheating it and plan to eat it like a dip (with chips and a sprinkle of shredded cheese).
