People on MFP crack me up. Most of us are on here for the same reason, a life style change. I will praise you when you are doing fantastic, but if I see someone who isn't doing the right thing, yes I will call you out on your crap. Furthermore, if you dislike people who are or were heavier than you, I will also call you out on your crap. Is that wrong? I respect MFP who tell me I am not pushing myself to my limit or if I ate something bad. That only motivates me to do better. Real friends tell you the bad too!

    Amen, I was just saying this to my friend last night, sure a wtg helps, but not as much as telling me what i need to change to do better.
  • It's true. When I saw someone who's eating 200 calories a day and say her goal is 90 lbs, I don't know how to "support" her but tell her to STOP

    I don't have that. All my peoples are very positive. I like it when I'm yelled at for eating the wrong things. It shows you really care about my health and you want me to succeed. Give me both the good and the bad. Not just the good. It becomes exhausting.
