Body vive calorie Burn??

Hi there
I am going to do a body vive class for the first time tomorrow (infact its my first time doing any sort of excercise class for about 9 years :laugh: ) and was just wondering if anyone out there knows how to calculate how many calories you burn doing an hours class???

    So I did the class this morning and what can I say???:laugh: I was the youngest there (the oldest being roughly 65-70) and I can honestly say that they all put me to shame!! I was sweating and bright red while they were all looking glamorous (i must have been putting more effort in :laugh: ) Although i thoroughly enjoyed it and i am gonna go again!! Definately reccomend it!!!! :happy:

    There are signs around Goodlife with all the LesMills classes, if you look at the bottom they tell you the average calorie burn, the duration of the class and what type of exercise it is. I know its not definitive but it will give you an idea.

    You can expect to burn at least 450 but tbh you'll burn closer to 600.
