    The first person to notice was a guy friend of mine (blush). Was extra nice, because a lot of my friends KNOW I'm trying and I had lost 10 lbs (so half of my goal) and nobody cared to say anything. Hadn't seen him in a while and when I got out of the car it was the first thing out of his mouth.

    Feels so good, doesn't it ;))

    I love how your friend didn't blurt it out. I wasn't mad at my friend because I know I'm not "obese", I'm just trying to shape up.

    that is so amazing and something to be really happy about. You have a wonderful friend for being so nice about how she told you. You're so right about wanting to be noticed that you've lost weight, but not wanting to be told that you were fat! Keep up the wonderful work you have been doing :)
