    Hi there, everyone! How is everyone today? Me, I'm doing great - today is a cardio day for me - trying to get in my cardio in increments today, don't have time to just dedicate 45 mins all at the same time - so I'm taking my breaks and walking stairs in another building. Whatever it takes, right?

    Got my food for the day entered in already - we'll see how well I stick to the plan....

    It is listed under introductions... not sure why and it shows damunchi as the person who started the challenge instead of hammbone so please do not let that confuse you...
