    Welcome to MFP! I love this site and I am on here all the time! I hope you enjoy! I am sure you will lose all the weight you intend to lose. Just log everything you can into your food journal, workout and stay active!
  • Welcome aboard! I love MFP and it is helping me so much to have the support of all the great people I've met on here and logging everything into my food diary (just like Stephanie said). Just from my experience I've found that if I'll plan what I'm going to have ahead of time like first thing of the morning or even the night before and go ahead and log it I'm much more likely to stick with it. And if I do vary any I can go back in and change it. :smile: Best of luck to you on your journey!!! :flowerforyou:
