Bootcamp and calorie burn...

Hello,

I have found my new love in Bootcamp classes! I do them 3 times a week for 60 minutes each. Every class is different, but always involves some type of cardio and strength training. I want to enter my workwout accurately on here, but of course there is no "Bootcamp" option to choose from. Any ideas on about the approx. calories burned from a class like that? Or perhaps a similar exercise to choose from in the system?

    You're using weights and body weight stuff? I'd probably approximate the time you use weights and use "circuit training" and then the body weight/aerobic stuff use " teaching aerobics". HTH
