Today I was eating a bag of chocolate covered raisins, with the intentions of eating the whole bag, when SUDDENLY (drumroll)...I stopped eating them. I just felt satisfied, closed the bag and put it away.

This may not seem like a big deal...but I have literally never done this in my entire life. Whenever I stop eating chocolate it's either because:
A. I ran out of chocolate, or
B. I used every ounce of willpower I had to put the chocolate down, and then I continually think about how I want to eat the chocolate

It's a very small accomplishment, but it proves to me that I am finally moving away from the "all-or-nothing" mentality of food. I also saved myself about 200 calories which I can now use at dinner :)
