Zucchini noodles- easy snack!

I made this today.. and loved it.

Peel 1 zucchini
Continue to use the peeling device to make noodles out of the peeled zucchini
Boil for a few minute.. until soft and noodle like.


I added a little butter, pepper, garlic, and parmesan to my noodles. Delcious!!

    Sounds great. I will definitely try it. I have also used zucchini sliced this way as a pasta substitute. I've sauteed the zucchini in a pan with a bit of olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper and some basil. They I've added spaghetti sauce to it and it's really good.

    Did it taste similar to spaghetti squash? We tried that for the first time last week and love it!

    This is great with a laughing cow wedge melted into it, and a touch of salt. Mmm, I like the swiss best :)
