Made Over Tater Tot Casserole

My husband does NOT like to eat healthy, eat vegetables, etc. It becomes a challenge. A long time ago (and in a not-so-healthy past) I made a tater tot casserole which he LOVED (along with my neices who were visiting for supper that night). I just remade the old recipe and it is delicious. The serving sizes were also large..

Healthy Tater Tot Casserole
Serves 4


1 container Perdue Ground Chicken
1 can 98% fat free Cream of Celery soup
1 package Alexia Sweet Potato Tater Tots
1 Package Green Giant Frozen Mixed Vegetables (peas, carrots, corn, green beans)
Salt & pepper (seasoning)

Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Cook chicken until browned and drain fait.
In a bowl add chicken, cream of celery, and mixed vegetables. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Spread the chicken mixture in the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish spreading evenly.
Add a layer of the tater tots on top.
Bake for 30 minutes or until the tater tots are done.
