I'm hungry, aaaaaall the time

I just turned 18, and I'm hungry almost all the time right now. This comes and goes in periods. It's like I can't tell when I'm full or not. And then sometimes I'm not hungry at all for days in a row!

I want to blame it on me being a teenager and working out four times a week, but is that really the reason? Could it be something else?

    i've found that my cycle changes my hunger status alot. and i'm always hungry after a workout.

    When I was taking the contraceptive injection I was hungry all the time. Some birth control and medication increase your appetite.

    if you are seriously hungry, then eat

    Sometimes we think we are hungry and graze all day. If your stomach is talking, fill it up :)
