As explained in the following blog, I need some recommendations on what to do next with the resources I have:

I have some free weights (up to about 40 lb dumbbells, I believe), a treadmill, an elliptical, and a stationary bike at my disposal. I would like recommendations for a weight program and I also need some form of cardio to replace running (I've been having hip issues) but I also need them to be flexible (not one set timeframe - e.g. P90X is all 45 minutes or an hour and a half).

What do you think of the NROLFW and Turbofire?

I appreciate any feedback you can give me!

I am starting NROWLW so I don't have experience yet, but it has been recommended to me by fellow MFP'ers and few people at my gym. I'll let you know.

Before that I would go on Bodybuilders.com and find a plan that wouldto fit my needs. I was a total newbie in the weight section and if I don't have any kind of plan I tend to wander around lost and I know that not getting any results anytime soon!

LOVE New Rules of Lifting. I've completed the program twice, had some great strength gains and fat loss, and still use most of the exercises in there on a daily basis. You can do everything with the 40lb dumbbells if you change it a little...most exercises use the dbs but there are a few with a barbell...you can probably substitute.
