Need some advice on intake?

Hey. So I am 5'5 and about 120 pounds. I am trying to lose about ten pounds and also tone up my muscles. I am going to show you the plan that I intend on following and I would like to know if this sounds like a good plan to follow to reach my goals.
Breakfast- Oatmeal or 1/2 cup egg whites
lunch- 1 cup steamed vegetables and 4 oz. protein (most likely plain nonfat greek yogurt. or nonfat cottage cheese)
Snack- medium piece of fruit
dinner- 1 cup of vegetables in some form (steamed, fresh, salad form) 4 oz. of protein (most likely chicken or fish)
snack- (if I want something more) fruit or veggies. maybe yogurt or a fiber one bar.
As for exercise, I do a Jillian Micheals workout video every morning at 5am, and then in the evenings I will be doing at least 20 minutes of some cardio (eithor running or on the elliptical) and then I will do pop pilates for at least 1 hour.
Any advice?

MML,
That seems like an extremely low amount of calories.
Oatmeal - 150 cal
Steamed Veggies - 40 cal
4 oz Protein - 200 cal
Fruit - 100 cal
Now, these are estimates rounded up, but that is only ~850 cals per day which is too low. Use the MFP calculators to estimate an intake recommendation and follow that. Otherwise, your intake will be too low, and your metabolism will shut down making weight loss nearly impossible and fitness levels poor.
My 2 cents. Good luck!0 -
Looking at your menu, and the amount of exercise I'd say you may need to eat more. If you burn off all the calories you consume your body has nothing to run on. This will send it into "starvation mode." I personally have just dealt with this, and it's beyond frustrating to be burning so many calories, and not losing any weight. Also I'd throw some strength, and or resistance training into your mix.0
