How long after eating can you workout?

I was just wondering how long after eating a meal do you have to wait before you can do your workout? Even though I'll I ate was some dry Life Cereal.

You shouldn't have to wait at all after dry cereal- its very light and easily digested carbohydrates. The heavier and/or slower digesting the food, the longer you should wait. It's really the bulk of undigested food getting bounced around and pulling on the walls of the stomach that bothers people, and it will bother you less and less the more fit you get and the more developed your core muscles get.0
