Hi my name is Phil,
I work nights, since then some 10 yrs ago i have put on 4 stone in weight !! can anybody help ??? I need friends as i live alone & have nobody to push me into losing weight. i used to be very active, ie Squash, tennis etc, but working nights restricts this somewhat.
Looking for friends to keep me motivated and I will happily return the favour!

The advantage of working nights is that you have the morning or afternoon to workout.
Be sure to track your meals it's a big eye opener!0 -

Its a bit harder than that for me I work 12 hour shifts 7pm - 7am!! and then I get to sleep as soon as I get back.0 -

shift work can be a killer i do 8 to 8 days and nights,the 4 am munchies when all u want is something sweet or caffine .my down fall was coke cola or red bull, friend request on way0
