Need Recommendations for Ab Exercises

I've been trying to find an ab exercise that I can do comfortably after having four pilonidal cyst surgeries in as many years. My "problem" area is mainly my lower abs. Because of the surgeries, I am unable to do crunches or even reverse crunches without having quite a bit of pain afterward. I am able to do planks, but this doesn't really do much for the lower abs. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

I am also unable to do sit-ups, crunches, etc because of a broken tailbone (it's actually broken in two different spots). I found that I can do a "standing" ab routine without pain or discomfort. Hope you find something that works for you.0
