    Im 20 and looking to lose around 12kg (27lbs).

    CW: 72 kgs (159lbs)
    GW: 60 kgs (132lbs)

    it sucks cause my day job right now that i have been at for 3 years has been a fast food joint and sucks cause it surrounds u for 40 hrs a week 5 days a week and really would like some help :)
