Starting again.

Hi I'm Jon, trying this again. I'm 36, 5'9" and weight in about 290 lbs. My weight is 190. That's a 100 lbs to lose. My short term goal is 50 by labor day of 2012. This is very aggressive but I'm hoping it will motivate me to action. I've had some successes and and some failures in the past. Two days in and I'm spending all my energy focusing on not eating everything I see. I've cut down to 1800 calories daily and I'm kicking off regular exercise tomorrow.
