surprised myself with this one sooo good especially after a weekend of being to bad with eating drinking and not exercising.

For 2 people

2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
Approx 1/4 cup of calorie wise zesty Italian dressing this just makes this recipe so quick and easy
Lots of crushed garlic I used 4 cloves and could have been more I love garlic
Approx 2 tbs+ of Dijon mustard
Touch of olive oil, don't think that was necessary

Bake till done
Filled plates with arugula/spinach lettuce and cut up breasts tossed on top of the lettuce and poured some hot marinade on top
Small bit of wild brown rice on the side.
