Food Cravings

I'm not talking about typical cravings like sweets and all that....
But, I have days that I feel my body wanting mainly protein, so that is what I feed it. Other days an even nutritional mix is fine, and I feel satisfied.
Usually these days of protein cravings happen the day after I workout pretty hard. Which isn't surprising.
But, my question for you guys is, is that okay? If I stay within my calories and choose healthy foods can I eat a ton of protein in one day? Or is that going to have a negative effect on my weightloss?

No, it is good to listen to your body when it needs something. The issues start when you don't listen to your body and feed it what it is asking for.0
