Do you love tuna salad but cant handle all the fat and calories from making it with miracle whip?! I found the solution, maybe you've heard of it but its new to me so i figured i'd share!!

1 can of tuna in water (100 cal)
1/2 C of non-fat plain yogurt (50 cal)
2 TBSP of homestyle relish (30 cal)
Add spicy mustard and/or mustard to taste (10-15 cal) ( I eye ball this because of the low cals)
Mix and enjoy! If cals allow enjoy on crackers or bread or anything else!

  • I make it similar to this, but I use 1 can of tuna, 2 tbsp fat free greek yogurt, 1/4 a smashed avocado, 2 tsp dijon mustard, and salt and pepper. If I have green onions I add them too. I've found that you can replace mayo or sour cream in just about anything with a combo of greek yogurt and avocado (good fat, and it's necessary for weight loss).

Try greek yogurt rather than regular plain yogurt. Extra protein bomb.
