Because I know some people can't help but whinge and sometimes I'm one of them!

Today - Grrrrrr - I am having to cover reception because the usual receptionist is "off sick"

Nothing to do with the fact she left early yesterday anyway because her sister and 2.5 year old niece are currently staying with her then? If that's not a coincidence I don't know what is!

I'm just glad I have a week off in two weeks time so I can have some chill time - and hopefully by then our own overstayers will be gone,

And 3, 2, 1.... breathe!

Ahh, today I thank the Anzacs for their service in the war and I give them a 1 minute silence too. I also thank them for a Public Holiday so I can spend the day off work, going to the gym and just relaxing with an intense workout.

Definitely need the time off work once in a while, things get overwhelming, very quickly!

I could do with a rant.

I'm having a bloody crap morning. It's raining for like the millionth time in about a week. Seriously. Constant rain in London right now. It's pissing me off.

Not only that, but I'm lonely. My 'friend' completely stood me up two days ago, no call, didn't answer my texts - nothing, then I was supposed to see my other friend today and he's got to do something else. And he's not getting back to me right now even though he said he would.

This is bad enough, but this morning, I found ants in BOTH my granolas, so I had to chuck them out. One of them was new.

I am just pissed off about everything. I have no real friends. I had to break up with my boyfriend just a week or so ago and he seems to be just fine. Nothing EVER goes to bloody plan with me. People always let me down. The sun's not even shining and this bloody rain!

    Argh :grumble:

I feel your pain InnerFatGirl. It's been raining for 2 weeks down here on the Isle of Wight. Good for my lawn and the local farmers, but no fun on the motorcycle! Which brings me to my rant.

My motorcycle is 16 years old. I was told it was on it's last legs last fall, but it's run great all winter. I have no money to replace it, so I've been very happy it's been trouble free. It needs a new exhaust soon, which will cost more than the bike is worth, but I think I can fix it myself. (fingers crossed) Two weeks ago the bike had an electrical failure. I had it picked up and taken to the garage for repairs. It needed a new voltage regulator, and the repair would cost £200. I was once again reminded of the age of the bike, and was told about the deals they have on new bikes. A friend who bought a new bike a year ago offered to sell me his old bike, and my boss even offered to lend me the money to replace the old bike. I looked at all the options, and decided to spend the £200 and get the bike fixed. Yesterday I hopped on the bike to head home from work, and it ran really rough when I started it. I shut it off for a bit, and when I went to start it again the electrical system failed again. One week to day after I got it back. :explode: I can't afford this bs, and I need the bike. It's cheaper for me to ride to work than take the damn bus.:grumble:

    I am gonna rant also.
    FRIGGEN TUPPERWARE!!!!!
I swear, half of my meal prep time (for work) goes into finding the right lids.
I would LOVE to find some kind of tupperware that had color coded lids to go with the correct thingie.
    OK.. thats all.

I'm sorry, it really sucks, doesn't it? Especially when you're already feeling down, stressed or whatever :(

I had a woman tailgate my on the freeway, during construction - speed limit was 60 -- I was going 65. And I was trying to get her to back off and she thought it was funny so she decided to tailgate me even closer. And - she was laughing as she passed me.I could have choked that ***** out!
