30 Day Bikram Yoga Challenge + MFP

Hello Friends,

I just wanted to post my progress picture and give/get some motivation. I restarted my weight loss journey in January 2012.
MFP helped me get into habit of regular eating and eating well (even though I dont log everyday, I am conscious of what I do).
I also did a 30 day Bikram Yoga (Hot Yoga) challenge since January and after 70 days on MFP, I have lost 9 pounds and total of 9 inches. Now I will let pictures talk :)

    30 days of Bikram yoga.. that in iteself requires a round of applause! Its not easy.. i have done it also.
