Can I borrow some motivation today?

Just started week 3 of Insanity. I did my second fit test yesterday and saw very little improvement (I did better on everything but only by like 1-5 reps). Plus I've barely lost any inches; most of my measurements stayed the same or changed by less than a quarter of an inch. Plus no weight loss within the first two weeks. I hurt my feet trying to workout barefoot so I'm struggling to not use that as an excuse to slack.
I know I'm totally whining but I'm feeling really discouraged and if anyone has some encouragement to spare, I could really use it!

Hang in there. It will come in time. I lost all my weight the 2nd month plus 2 more lbs melted off the week I was recovering. It was so awesome, I'm doing it again. Have faith and know that only about 1/2 the people that attempt insanity actually finish all 63 days. Be the one who finishes, you will be proud and brag about it.

Yep - hang in there - results will come. Push yourself in those workouts, manage your diet (e.g., eat protien, fiber, etc.) just keep going and don't give up/get discouraged - think of this like a long term plan and not a quick fix...

All i can say is keep at it as well as an improvement is an improvement no matter how small.
Use it to fuel you to push forward.
    You will see results.

On the injury: I can totally relate on the urge to use it as an excuse. Don't let it. I regreted it, and now am pushing myself to get back into the groove.

I know everyone has a quote that motivates them. Here is mine.
"If you always put limit on everything you do, physical or anything else. It will spread into your work and into your life. There are no limits. There are only plateaus, and you must not stay there, you must go beyond them." - Bruce Lee
