Hi, as my post below said, I am new to this. Can anyone share tips that have helped you succeed. Also, what you do for exercise and how much? Thanks.

Honestly, the key to achieving weight loss is diet and exercise combined! I workout with a personal trainer 3X's a week and do my own work outs 2X's a week (5 days of working out). I try to squeeze in cardio everyday if possible (even if it's only for 10 min!). Eating raw veggies and fruits with grilled meats (salads are a great idea!). All-around that is how I am losing my weight. I lost 30 pounds the last time I did this, but I quit tracking, eating right, and working out so I'm back to where I was! Just make sure to have a motivation/accountability buddy and that really really helps as well! Wish you so much luck! You can add me as a friend for support if you want!0
