Can too much protein hinder weight loss?

    nope. protein is actually great for weight loss. it's almost impossible to eat too much on a daily basis. a good rule of thumb is 1g protein per lean body mass - so if you're 160lbs and 25% body fat, you have 120 pounds of lean body mass and should be shooting to eat 120g protein per day.

    edit: of course this assumes you're staying within your calorie goals ;)
