Love to be a part of the team - been in the 200's a few times over the past few years - yo yo up and down - when i was prego w/ my daughter i was 220 - dropped 20 after i had her - over a year or so i got down to 170 - then got pregant w/ my son - reached 200 w/ him - then last may finally was back down to 180 - over the last year gained over 20lbs r/t nursing boards, working on my marriage, and an ovarian cyst - Im finally ready to get serious! I was 209 ten days ago when i finally started using this site on a reg basis - just by watching my diet and logging my cals daily, increasing my water consumption, taking some natural supplements b6, b12, st johns wort, and l-guanisine, and trying to get at least 30min of walking in on a daily basis i have dropped 5lbs. Only 4lbs to go and i will be 199lbs finally will be under 200lbs, I emphasize with all who have been struggling - need any support Im here:) i stay in touch w all my fitness pals - bc that is the key to have others in ur life that understand ur struggle and dont judge you:) Good luck to all and nice to meet all of you:)0
