Is there an easier way to log strength training besides each exercise, each rep, and each weight used? I mean, that would take me forever to log so I usually just skip logging it. Anyone have a better way?

I gave up logging it. I keep a small journal beside my workout stuff and write down that day's workout in there. Then I just log the strength training in cardio.0

Log it under cardio under circuit training/ general Thats what my sister in law told me just today to do for mine. Oh and how long you did it for of course.0
