Flooring opinion....

We live in a older single-wide trailer and have wood paneling in most of the rooms and we're wanting to put laminate (that looks like hardwood) flooring throughout the house....should we go with really light or really dark?!

    I know this is not weight related but i got some really good advice on here about painting so i figured it's worth a shot!

    To me, darker laminate looks more expensive, and closer to the real thing. BUT! Lighter laminate hides things easier, like dog hair.

    I have black laminate that looks amazing, but shows every speck of dust and dirt. I like the look of dark, but just keep that in mind.

    Lighter. If your walls are dark, and you add a dark floor it'll be really dark in your house.

    Ohhh yeah i didn't think about that and I think it already looks dark in there and we have tan carpet in there now so lighter probably will be better!! Thanks
