My 30 day weight loss experience

Okay, so I lost 60 pounds in 30 days. I began 309.2 and ended up 248.6 (PLEASE DO NOT TELL ME HOW STUPID I WAS FOR DOING THIS! I researched what happened with my body afterwards. [Do not try this at home]). It was how I began my weight-loss. I was 21 years old, this began March 2011, I am now 22 and weigh 179.2. I am posting this so you guys can see that, even though you should not go to this extreme, you can face some discomfort in order to get where you want to be. Keep up the good work everyone motivation to you all. PS. I STILL LOVE FOOD BUT AFTER THIS I REALIZED THAT I DON'T NEED TO SOMETHING JUST BECAUSE I WANT TO EAT IT. I REALLY WANTED A CHOCO-TACO DURING THESE 30 DAYS AND TIL TODAY IT IS MY ONLY WEAKNESS. LOVE THOSE SOBs.

After completing this, I felt great. Was able to keep losing weight afterwards. I've gone to get check-ups and physicals and everything is alright, there might be long-term damage that isn't showing up but for today I feel great. Thank you all for your time!
