While nursing...

I am nursing a baby, and I didn't see a spot for that to figure into the daily calories used. Is there a way to adjust for that, or do I need to guess?

I'm in the same boat. I've always been told that you need an extra 300-500 calories a day depending on whether you are exclusive or supplimenting with formula. I figure if I don't factor it in I'll just lose weight faster.0

I did a little searching and found that if you search for Breastfeeding as a food entry there are a bunch of different options. Then it will show up as a deduction from your calories rather than an addition.0

Yep! It shows in the food. If you add it in is says "-200 calories" or whatever amount you're nursing and will add those back to do your daily need.0

Thanks!!! I found it0
