hi everyone:) i am new here and just getting started. I am use to being an athlete and training as a team everyday now that i am doing everything on my own i can use a little help and some motivation. feel free to had me i am a very possitive honest person. my hardest thing to commit to it eating healthy and not over eating,

Hi! Welcome! I'm also new and looking to find people to get and stay motivated. I love the outdoors and staying active, my boyfriend isn't active at all so it's hard to find people that can be encouraging! I also LOVE eating and that's always been my downfall. I do feel however that I've more in control of what I eat and when I eat and have been feeling GREAT! I've committed to getting to my goal and I know that having that extra boost of confidence helps. So keep on truckin'! Day by day!0
