Easy and low carb Frech Toast

4 slice of Ener-G Light Brown Rice Bread
1/4 cup Dark Chocolate Almond Milk
1 Lg Egg
Cinnamon and Nutmeg to taste

Beat egg, milk, and cinnamon together
Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture, allowing bread to soak up some of the mixture.
Melt some butter (or oil of your choice) over a large skillet on medium high heat. Add as many slices of bread onto the skillet as will fit at a time. Fry until brown on both sides, flipping the bread when necessary.


*Serve hot with butter, maple syrup, fresh berries or 1/2 banana
