Hello!

Stopping in to say hello to everyone and with you success on this journey ! My goal is to gain 10 lbs after just losing 12 lbs and going from a 36 waist to a 32 waist. Know it time to get busy with myfittnesspal aaaaaaaaaand watch my food !
Anyone else sharing their goals publicly ? This helps with accountability !

    Welcome! I have been using MFP for a while but have only just started on the community boards myself. It is good to see a GAIN goal from time to time - are you hoping to put on muscle orj ust get your weight back up? I find putting your goals out there definitely assists with accountability - I have just put before pictures on Facebook and my Twitter account - so my friends know I am back on the fitness wagon for good.
    Goal is to drop 8-10% bodyfat and gain at least 3-5kgs of muscle!
    What eating plan are you following to gain?
