I'm pretty utterly confused how you get anything done desk-wise and treadmill-wise.
And how you haven't smashed your nose yet from tripping over0 -
I don't but I so would! I think they are brilliant!0

You walk slowly. I started out walking under a mile an hour and now can walk at 1.5 MPH and type and work well. Usually use this desk two to four hours a day. My mind works better when my body is moving a bit. This is easier than a standing desk because walking forces good posture.0

I'd fear for the safety of my head / nose / knees / everything....
Mind you I'm a chronic leg bouncer so I can relate to the improved concentration with movement0 -
I have never heard of or saw anything like this before.....0

Absolutely love mine...I get between 10k-17k steps per day at the office! I am writing this email from my treadmill desk. I could never go back to a traditional sit down desk ever again. My back is so much better, I have more energy and I don't have the afternoon lull. Trying to juggle full time job, kids, working out is overwhelming BUT this gives me that daily activity so if I miss a workout I still burned calories and was moving.
It is so easy to type, skype and have phone conferences...after a week I completely forgot that i was even walking!
I have a Lifespan treadmill desk and would recommend walking and working to anyone!0 -

Awesome! Thanks for chiming in.
Due to a troublesome hip, this is the only exercise I am doing at the moment and it is such a tremendous help. I have lost a total of 13 pounds since middle of January, most of which started to come off when I got my desk (mid-March). I can't imagine going back to sitting all day long, and hope one day I will be able to be fully mobile.0
